Sören began his training in Hillsboro in 2009 and subsequently worked as a flight instructor for Hillsboro Aviation (now Hillsboro Heli Academy). After two years as a flight instructor, Sören demonstrated his skills in the Bell 206 as a tour and charter pilot. Since 2014, Sören has been flying the Bell 407 and Bell 206 in firefighting operations.
Over the years, Sören has remained with our school as an experienced flight instructor and trains pilots in our mountain flying and external load courses. Since 2018, Sören has been working as an FAA Designated Pilot Examiner and flies for a helicopter company in Georgia.
